FinancialLifeOS Complete is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

Digital downloads

Because access to the digital product is provided electronically, different cancellation and withdrawal rules may apply once delivery or downloading has begun.

Where applicable law permits, and where the customer has expressly consented to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, the right to withdraw may end once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Problems with your purchase

If you receive the wrong edition, cannot access your download, receive a corrupted file, or experience another technical problem with the product, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.
