1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the FinancialLifeOS online store, including FinancialLifeOS Complete and related digital products.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any license terms supplied with the purchased product.

2. Digital products

FinancialLifeOS products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After successful payment, access to the applicable digital files is normally provided electronically using the delivery method shown during or after checkout.

3. Product compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and compatibility information before purchasing.

FinancialLifeOS Complete is designed for Microsoft Excel on supported Windows and macOS environments. Functionality may differ in unsupported spreadsheet applications or environments.

4. Currency editions

FinancialLifeOS Complete is available in EUR, USD and GBP workbook editions. The selected edition determines the currency configuration of the workbook and does not necessarily determine the currency in which Shopify processes the transaction.

Customers should verify their selected edition before completing their purchase.

5. License and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, FinancialLifeOS digital products are licensed for personal and household use under the Personal Use License supplied with the product.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, white-label, commercially distribute, or provide the digital product to clients as your own product unless you have received separate written permission or an applicable commercial license.

6. Intellectual property

FinancialLifeOS products, documentation, designs, content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to the customer remain reserved by their respective rights holders.

7. Financial information disclaimer

FinancialLifeOS provides organizational and informational tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Any financial decisions remain the responsibility of the user. Where appropriate, customers should seek advice from a qualified professional.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Digital delivery and technical issues

If you do not receive your digital product, receive an incorrect edition, encounter a corrupted file, or experience another delivery-related technical issue, please contact us using the contact information provided on this store.

We will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve legitimate delivery or product-access issues.
